I am a passionate budget traveler. I have been traveling the globe, ever since a semester abroad in Venice sparked my love of exploration. From there, I visited Paris and Dublin on a student budget. I have traveled economically ever since, with one or two splurges at the end of a trip since becoming a nurse. Some places I have been include many parts of Australia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Italy, Ireland, Norway, and the USA.
I am always ready to depart with an up-to-date passport and a sense of adventure. I would love to be sent on assignment to any area of the world for an illustration journalism project.
Here are just a few examples of projects I have done while traveling. The majority of images here were drawn onsite with pen and paper, then scanned and colored once back in the studio. Therefore, I can work very quickly to produce unique and emotive images.
